To be eligible for a refund, complaints must be made to us within the first day of receiving your baked goods! All sales are FINAL!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately with proof (picture) via email if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. FROZEN ITEMS ARE AT YOUR OWN RISK WHEN SHIPPED, CARRIER DELAYS ARE NOT OUR PROBLEM, WE CAN'T CONTROL DELAYS! We're always happy to take care of any issue that occurs so that all of our customers are happy and satisfied!
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Baked Goods items or Gift Cards.
Refunds
We will notify you about your refund via email. If approved, you will be automatically refunded a GIFT CARD! For canceled order requests their will be a processing charge if it was requested after 1 hour of placing your order, but if it is after we completed it we will only refund via GIFT CARD! Remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund!
